  • Our schedule is constantly changing with the seasons and it is best to get on the calendar as far out as possible and details can be confirmed closer to date. It is recommended to get on schedule at least 2 weeks in advance.

  • You may pick up your order at 814 Nolenmeade Place in Nolensville. We are a home based business in a residential neighborhood. We work on all orders the same day so its possible if you arrive early, your order may not be ready yet.

    We can deliver to your venue pending our schedule availability for an additional fee.

  • You may place your order via the Order Inquiry page on the website or over the phone at 615-477-0492. We will no longer be accepting orders via facebook/instagram. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to place your order and reserve your event date.

  • All orders will be invoiced via email/text. Once you receive the invoice, you may pay with a card. We will not accept payment at pickup as all orders must pay at minimum the deposit to hold the date. We do not accept Venmo, Cash App or Paypal for payment.

  • Depending on how busy we are and what you’re looking for we may be able to complete your order quickly but we recommend you contact us via phone at 615-477-0492 or 615-308-2980. We are a custom, made to order bakery so we do not have anything on hand regularly BUT you may check with our local stockists via our website to see what they have available.

  • We LOVE meeting fans however we are an at home custom bakery by appointment only in a residential neighborhood.

  • Cakes are sensitive to the elements, there really isn’t any way round it. Fondant cakes do somewhat better as they stand up better to the heat but even then, you might see melting or bubbles form under the fondant. It is best if there is an air-conditioned room or refrigeration close by so that the cakes can be brought out immediately before they are needed versus sitting in the heat. Desserts should never be left in direct sunlight and should sit under some sort of shelter or canopy. Also consider that wind may blow debris onto the cake/dessert or bugs can attach themselves to it.

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to place an order and reserve your event date. Orders are not reserved or started until a deposit has been placed. You can certainly pay for the entire order up front as well. For weddings and large events, payment terms will be made at time of order.

  • At this time, we only make desserts for pickup and delivery within the Nashville area.

  • Yes. If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know that at the time of placing your order. We are an allergen certified kitchen therefore cross contamination may happen and all of our desserts are produced with equipment that also processes milk, nuts, wheat, and soy so all desserts may contain traces of such.

  • All of our pricing is consistent with market pricing as well as our own level of value however we do recognize that our pricing might not work for everyone. With this in mind we do not price match however we would be more than happy to do our best and try to create something special that works within your budget parameters.

  • Yes, most of our dessert recipes can be converted to Gluten Free, Dairy Free or Vegan. Keep in mind that we are not a GF/DF/Vegan certified kitchen so cross contamination is almost certain to occur.

  • All cakes will be boxed and ready at pickup. It is highly recommended to place the box on a flat surface such as the floorboard of the car and crank the AC to full. Once you get it home, pop it in the fridge or freezer to reset the icing if needed.

    Once a cake leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible for any issues/damage that might occur in transport.

  • We can provide fresh flowers and toppers for added cost. If your cake requires these items, we can procure them and add them to the final total.

  • No, we do not rent out our cake stands/plates
